Do You Charge For Delivery?

Setup is always included in our Bounce House Pricing. We strive to make our prices fair and simple. Delivery is Free in most of Broward and Palm Beach counties.  We believe in customer service and look forward to making your event a memorable moment.  

Can I have my party at a park?

We are approved park vendors in Broward and Palm Beach counties. To be an approved park vendor a company must be insured, register with the park and pay a fee. Vendors must provide proof of insurance, this is done to make sure that only responsible companies operate within the parks. A company looking to be a vendor must background check their employees and get passes to enter the park. Parks often require Bounce house vendors to provide power via use of a generator and an attendant to monitor the Bounce house.  These requirements result in a higher price for park parties. Other restrictions include no water slides being allowed, however dry slides can be used. Please call for details.  

Is EverBounce Insured?

EverBounce Party Rentals LLC is a privately owned company owned by two fathers.  We are insured by Cossio Inflatable Insurance company, the industries leading Bounce House insurance company.  We are owned by a firefighter and take safety very serious which is why we back ground check our employees, keep our units impeccably clean and show up on time every time. EverBounce is an approved Broward County and Palm Beach County Park Vendor.  To Achieve this status we have to provide proof of our insurance to the county or state park. Proof of insurance is available upon request.  

What is your weather policy?

EverBounce takes safety very seriously and will not operate in adverse weather conditions. This includes wind, rain and any other type of condition that puts our customers, employees or property at risk.  Bounce Houses can get wet and rain does not necessarily mean that we will have to cancel the event.  One of our owners will contact you if weather may be a concern on the day of your event.  We try to monitor the weather and give you notice prior to the day.  If weather is over 70% chance of rain we will have to reschedule the event, in the case of 50% chance we leave it up to the customer.  Once the unit is setup no refunds will given and the party will be considered on.  If weather forces the event to be postponed we allow 6 months to reschedule a date of your choosing with prior notice and subject to availability.  Although cases may arise that are unforeseeable, we are committed to being a fair and honest company based on values. We want your event to be great and will do everything we can to make that happen. 

Do you rent anything else?

EverBounce is known for Bounce House Rentals but we are also a full party rental company.  This means that we can provide things like tables and chair rentals, party linens, concession equipment, generators, fun activities/games, and entertainers.  We are a one stop shop for a good time. Our customers trust us for Family Fun, Corporate Events, and Occasions of every type experience the EverBounce difference.   

How much does a Bounce House cost to rent?

A Bounce House Rental starts at $120 for a Standard size Bounce House for up to 6 hours.  A Bounce House & Slide Combo costs $150, and a Water Slide Rental is $190 for the same 6 hours.  Events that take place in a State, County or City Parks may require an attendant and generator which would cost about $100 in addition to the Bounce House Rental. This is required by the parks for safety reasons and keeps guests and the parks safe.  

How Often do you clean your Bounce Houses?

EverBounce prides ourselves on the cleanliness of our Bounce Houses.  All of our units are cleaned after each and every use.  Your Bounce House will arrive on time, meticulously clean and we inspect it for safety.  We use natural products free of harmful residues, store the units in a temperature controlled facilities and Disinfect the units regularly.  Our customer think highly of us Click here to see reviews from real customers.  

How far in advance should I book my event?

Ideally an event should be booked one week to 3 weeks in advance depending on the complexity of the event and what elements it will include. For example a themed birthday party with the balloon package requires a longer lead time then a bounce house party at a home.  Park parties require that we communicate with the park office and acquire permissions and passes from the park.  Last minute events and Spontaneous parties can sometimes be accommodated even on short notice, but additional fees may apply. Please call for details, we want to make your event happen. 

What ages can go into the Bounce House?

The age limit for the Bounce House is three years old.  Children of the same age group should go in together and an adult 18 years old should supervise the Bounce house at all times. Can adults go in the Bounce House?

Adults can go into the Bounce House but the weight limit for each individual is 300lbs, and the overall weight limit of the unit must be followed.  On average you never want more than 6 guests in the bounce house at once for safety reasons and to ensure the best experience. Weight limits vary depending on which unit you are renting for details please call us with any questions or consult the rental agreement.
